Our busy Mazda dealership in Southampton is recruiting for a Senior Service / Aftersales Advisor.

Responsibilities include:

Bookingvehicles in for repair

Initiating service documentation, job card production and follow up systems

Update customer and vehicle history files accurately,

document all warranty work as per requirements and ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for.

Advising customers of the costs of work to be undertaken and the predicted times and collection arrangements for their vehicles and keeping them fully informed of the progress of their vehicle.

In addition, the ability to take control of the Dept in the absence of the After-Sales Manager will be an asset

Salary and Benefits

A competitive basic salary based on experience and capability

Company vehicle (after qualifying period)

30 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays).

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 –18:00 (An hour off for lunch) Saturday mornings 1 in 3 on a roster 08.00 – 12.30

Salary: £25,000 with an OTE £30,000
