Our busy Mazda and Nissan dealership in Dorchester is currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you:

Are able to communicate with customers both face to face and over the telephone, building rapport and qualifying the customer's requirements.

Possess a good understanding of computers, although extensive training and support will be given.

Ability to Data capture internal and external customer contact information (names, address, postcode, phone, email and vehicle details) and enter onto our DMS (Dealer management System).

Have a friendly confident phone manner.

Have an understanding of the parts of a motor vehicle.

Work in a busy department with a big team.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive basic salary based on experience and capability

30 days paid holiday per annum (inclusive of bank holidays).

Fully supported ongoing training with our manufacturer partner, to allow career progression.

Hours: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.30 (An hour off for lunch) Saturday mornings 1 in 3 on a roster 08.00 – 12.30

Salary: £24,000 with an OTE £25,000
