We are looking for additional After-Sales Advisors, to join our busy teams at Poole, and at Southampton
Whilst experience may assist, it is not essential - we will happily consider applicants from outwith the industry
We will train you on the systems needed to give a swift response to any query, ensuring job satisfaction comes as standard
On a daily basis, you would be responsible for our customers through their journey in our busy Service & Parts Departments - from greeting on arrival, liaising through the course of the day with any updates on their vehicles' status, to final handover at the end of the booking, and then following up where appropriate, to ensure 100% customer happiness
