Magna Mazda are now recruiting for an additional experienced SENIOR SERVICE/AFTERSALES ADVISOR to join their busy team.
Working closely with others in the Aftersales Team, and deputising for the After-Sales Manager where appropriate, you will book vehicles in for repair, initiate service documentation, job card production and follow up systems, update customer and vehicle history files accurately, document all warranty work as per requirements and ensure all work has been carried out as detailed and charged for. You will be responsible for advising customers of the costs of work to be undertaken and the predicted times and collection arrangements for their vehicles, keeping them fully informed of the progress of their vehicle.
This role requires an individual with strong interpersonal skills who can demonstrate consistently high levels of customer service. It is essential that you have previous experience in this role, are numerate and literate with an excellent telephone manner and have strong and efficient PC and administration skills.
