Every Mazda is engineered to feel natural and move with you intuitively. OUR ENGINES

E-SKY­ACT­IV X

The "X" in e-Skyactiv X represents the intersection of e-Skyactiv G and e-Skyactiv D. The latest generation e-Skyactiv X gasoline engine combines the responsiveness of a gasoline engine with the fuel effciency, torque and spontaneous response of a diesel engine. A successful example of our multi-solution strategy.

E-SKY­ACT­IV-G

The e-Skyactiv G gasoline direct injection engine features a high compression ratio and a special combustion geometry. This, along with cylinder deactivation, makes the e-Skyactiv G engines even more efficient and produces very low emissions.

SKY­ACT­IV-D

In addition to its dynamic driving performance and outstanding fuel consumption and emissions figures, the powerful e-Skyactiv D inline six-cylinder diesel engine also impresses with its long-distance driving range. It is available with a standard eight-speed automatic transmission offering a 254 hp (187 kW) power output and an impressive 550 Nm of torque.

MAZDA M HYBRID

Mazda's M Hybrid technology ensures a quick engine start, smoother driving characteristics, and contributes to reduced fuel consumption. Depending on the system's configuration, it provides direct assistance while driving or uses energy recovered during braking to power electrical components in the vehicle.

FULL HYBRID

The Mazda2 Hybrid, as a full hybrid, offers a smooth entry into electromobility. It allows you to cover shorter distances electrically and therefore emission-free for up to 80% of the time. At the same time, you also have the full performance and range of a powerful gasoline engine available when needed.

E-SKYACTIV PHEV & E MOBILITY

The e-Skyactiv PHEV plug-in hybrid drive represents the next milestone in our electrification strategy. Compared to a full hybrid, its larger battery is optimised for range and can be charged via a wallbox, charging station, or a standard household outlet.+

SAFETY

VEHICLE EXIT WARNING

Detects vehicles, pedestrians and bicycles approaching from behind and warns the driver with a visual and audible warning, notifying them of the danger of the opening door.

SMART BRAKE SUPPORT

If something unexpected impacts your reaction time, your Mazda is ready to help with Smart Brake Support (SBS). The latest M-pixel cameras, millimetre-wave radar and ultrasonic radar are used to detect potential hazards. If a collision can't be avoided, the brakes are autonomously activated to mitigate damage.

DRIVER MONITORING SYSTEM

The system uses an infrared camera and infrared LED to observe the driver while driving to detect fatigue and sleepiness. If the system judges that the situation has become dangerous, it activates a warning sound to alert the driver.

EMERGENCY LANE KEEPING (ELK)

When the vehicle is at risk of leaving its lane in critical situations, the Emergency Lane Keeping (ELK) system intervenes to prevent a potential collision. It works in conjunction with the Lane Keeping Assist (LAS), Blind Spot Assist, and Forward Obstruction Warning (FOW), enhancing your safely with targeted interventions.

REAR COLLISION WARNING (RCW)

The new Mazda6e incorporates a comprehensive suite of advanced safety technologies. The Rear Collision Warning (RCW) system alerts you to the risk of a rear-end collision, giving you time to react and avoid potential damage.

WIDE HEAD-UP DISPLAY

Drive with greater ease and focus thanks to the head-up display that projects data directly onto the landscape, reducing the need to take your eyes off the road.

REAR CROSSING TRAFFIC BRAKE

This system uses rear and side radars to detect objects including vehicles approaching from the rear when reversing, issuing a warning and automatically applying the brakes, if necessary, to avoid a collision.

I-ADAPTIVE CRUIE CONTROL

Where available, i-Adaptive Cruise Control (i-ACC) intelligently adjusts the speed of Mazda Radar Cruise Control (MRCC) by reading traffic signs, while Cruising & Traffic Support (CTS) enhances the driving experience by assisting with acceleration, braking, and steering in heavy traffic. Together, these advanced technologies work seamlessly to provide a more relaxed and effortless journey.

TECHNOLOGY

REMOTE CLIMATE CONTROL*

With the new Mazda6e, the Mazda CX-60 PHEV and the Mazda CX-80 PHEV apps, you can pre-condition the cabin or remotely activate the heated seats and steering wheel. In winter, it also allows you to defrost the windshield.

REMOTE CHARGING*

Using the relevant apps and central display in your vehicle, you can easily check the charging status and remaining range. You can also set a charging limit, such as charging up to 80%, and schedule charging times to take advantage of off-peak electricity rates.
