We’d like to explain what you can expect when you visit us.

You’ll find a warm non-contact greeting as you enter the dealership and your visit is made as easy and safe as possible by following our social distance measures.

Please read the signs at the door and follow the markings on the floor and use the appropriate entrance and exit. This will ensure a safe social distance for everyone. Please remember to stay at least two metres away from other people.

You’ll find hand sanitising products at several points around the dealerships. Be reassured that we have also introduced stringent hygiene protocols and enhanced cleaning procedures throughout the dealerships.

Our staff have been issued with the appropriate PPE, including gloves and masks to use where necessary. We also have screens for our desks.

When your car is in with us, it will be fitted with steering wheel and gear knob covers, plus we can carry out an Antibacterial Treatment which will leave a clean and fresh environment which is 99.9% germ and bacteria free.

All our Used cars will include an Antibacterial Treatment which kills 99.9% of germs and bacteria at no extra cost.

We have increased out collection and delivery slots, to ensure you can still get your Service & MOT completed. We can collect from your home or place of work.

If you are looking at purchasing a new or used vehicle we can offer an appointment that is most convenient for you.

  1. Showroom Appointment - your vehicle of interest will be sanitised prior to your arrival, and any presentation of the car carried out respecting all social distancing guidelines.
  2. Virtual Appointment - we can send you a detailed video of the car of interest, highlighting all its features, and explaining the process in detail, allowing you to view from the comfort of your own home!
  3. Home Appointment – Again with complete attention to social distancing, we can bring the car of interest to your home, or office. Our team member will be equipped with all necessary PPE, including the ability to sanitise the vehicle before you enter it.

We have adopted new methods of talking to our customers, both here in the dealership or remotely:

  • Secure Appointments – strictly scheduled appointments here in the dealership, to minimise the amount of people circulating in the building at any point. Your vehicle of interest will be sanitised prior to your arrival, and any presentation of the car carried out respecting all social distancing guidelines.
  • Home Appointment – Again with complete attention to social distancing, we can bring the car of interest to your home, or office. Our team member will be equipped with all necessary PPE, including the ability to sanitise the vehicle before you enter it.
  • Personal Video Presentation – if you prefer not to visit, we can send you a detailed video of the car of interest, highlighting all its features, and explaining the process in detail, allowing you to view from the comfort of your own home!
  • Online Meeting – any in-depth discussion can be scheduled to an on-line, or telephone, meeting – allowing us to have our normal friendly interaction!

Finally, we’ll even be pleased to communicate via Live Chat (on our website), SMS, or WhatsApp – there really is no barrier to talking to us!

I hope the measures that we have taken will help to reassure you that we are trying our utmost to resume our normal customer service levels, whilst understanding the need to maintain all the best practice that we have learnt during the last weeks. IMPORTANT UPDATE - 29th APRIL 2020

To update you, we are now re-opening our Service & Parts operations, from Monday 11th May. We shall be fully operational for all

  • Servicing, for any make of car
  • MOT Testing
  • Diagnostic & Repairs
  • Genuine Parts
  • Tyre Replacement
  • Air Conditioning Anti-Bacterial Servicing

We have examined how our dealerships usually operated, and with new learnings about social distancing, have re-designed the walkways, and customer interaction points – please, if visiting us, do assist us by following any floor markings directing you – they are for all our continued safety!

We shall provide hand sanitisation stations upon entering the building, and would ask that all take advantage!

In addition, for those customers who prefer not to visit the dealership, we have increased our Service Collection & Delivery abilities – just let us know when booking that you would like your car collected from your home, or office, and we will be delighted to schedule that. Our drivers, some of whom you may already know, will be equipped with suitable PPE, and sanitization equipment, and of course, on returning your vehicle, will wipe down areas such as the steering wheel, the gear lever, and the internal & external door handles, before finally wiping the key, and returning it to you!

IMPORTANT UPDATE - TEMPORARY BUSINESS CLOSURE - 24th MARCH 2020

We have been closely monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers across our group.

As such, with the situation changing rapidly and in light of the latest guidance from the government, it is with a heavy heart we’ve taken the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily close all our showrooms from Tuesday 24th March 2020 in compliance with the Government’s initial 3 week recommendation.

The latest extension to the National position means that we remain closed for a further 3 weeks, with a potential return around May 11th.

Whilst we are evaluating resuming After-Sales operations, to cover any overdue maintenance, or safety related items, we are still taking bookings for all Servicing, Repairs, & MOT Test’s, and will be pleased to discuss availability with you, to ensure assistance as swiftly as possible, when we resume operations!

Our priority is to protect our customers and employees, and to play our part in the national effort to reduce the further spread of the virus.

Although our dealerships will be closed, in case of an emergency there will be contact details provided on our websites. And if mechanical assistance or a loan vehicle is urgently required we will do all we can to assist.

We hope that it won’t be too long before we can welcome you back into the dealerships but the most important thing at this time is for us all to stay safe.
