The weather is set to be warm and comfortable 22 degrees, so why not come out and enjoy a fun filled family day out in Ringwood this weekend at the Magna Mazda British Pedal Car Grand Prix 2010!

The streets of Ringwood town centre will be taken over for 2 hours from 2pm on Sunday 11th July for a 54 strong pedal car race extravaganza! This year’s race sees an increase from 36 to 54 cars and the track increase from 1 to 1.4km. Due to the events increasing popularity, organisers had to increase the race and track size as everybody wanted to get involved and take part!

With crowds of over 10,000 in 2008 and many more expected this year, the thrills and spills of this brilliant community event are sure to make a memorable experience, so don’t miss out!

Everybody involved in the event are hoping to smash last year’s fundraising by reaching this year’s target of £30,000 for charity.

This year’s pedal race will see world record holding mountain climber, Rhy Jones, and former Southampton Football Club captain, Klaus Lundekvarm, both taking part for charity.
