The Mazdaspeed3 is a versatile and compact car that features bold, aggressive styling and exhilarating performance to meet the needs of driving enthusiasts with active lifestyles. AutoWorld announced first announced that the Mazdaspeed3 is the winner of the 2010 Ward’s Interior of the Year for Best Brand Expression.

Throughout February and March, Ward’s editors evaluated a vast group of vehicles during their daily driving cycles and awarded points for design, material selection, fit-and-finish, ergonomics, driver information, safety, value and comfort. And at the end of the two-month evaluation process, the Mazdaspeed3 stood in the winner’s circle.

“The Mazda3 wins the Interior of the Year Award for Brand Expression and with good reason: nothing says zoom-zoom like the Mazdaspeed3, inside and out,” said Tom Murphy, executive editor, Ward’s AutoWorld. “The Mazdaspeed3 is a magnificent achievement for offering Mazda3 functionality and some truly remarkable interior styling cues, all for a reasonable price. We loved the iridescent fire-engine red on the seats and door panels. It makes the interior look too hot to touch.”
