We hope it's a service you won't have to use but in the event of a road traffic accident or vehicle theft, Mazda Accident AfterCare is a FREE service available to all Mazda customers and is there to help alleviate some of the stress.

Mazda Accident AfterCare is designed to assist you following a road traffic accident and your claim will be efficiently handled by a dedicated case handler.

Should you ever be involved in an accident or need to make an insurance claim for any reason, call 'Mazda First' on 0800 015 0367, even before you call your insurer, and we will do the following on your behalf:

• liaise directly with your insurer to process the claim
• complete your claims forms
• exercise your legal right to have your vehicle repaired at a Mazda approved bodyshop
• ensure only genuine Mazda parts are used in the repair
• arrange a free courtesy car
• keep you informed of the progress of the repair
• collect and deliver your repaired Mazda
• provide you with a legal support service for personal injury
• maintain your Mazda warranties

The team are on hand 24 hours a day to help whenever you're in need.

In the event of a vehicle theft, contact the police, then call us on 0800 015 0367 for advice on the mobility options available to you. We can help agree a valuation of your Mazda with your insurer and we can discuss replacement vehicle options for you.
